Akagera National Park (Rwanda Wildlife Viewing Destination)

Akagera national park is the best wildlife viewing destination in Rwanda. It is home to some of the rare wild animals in Africa and a perfect place to go on a game drive. Situated in the Eastern part of Rwanda, Akagera national park sits on an area of 2500 sq km and it is found on the border of Rwanda and Tanzania. The park was named after the Akagera River which flows on the border with Tanzania.
Akagera national park is the only Savannah park in Rwanda making it the only place for wildlife viewing experience in Rwanda. Currently, the park receives a high number of tourists who come specifically to look at the amazing beauty of the park and the wild animals.
